User – a legally capable individual who has gained access to the functionality, services and/or materials of the Website in their own interest or acting on behalf and in the interests of a represented legal entity.

Parties – the User and the Rights Holder collectively.

Website – a set of software and hardware tools for computers that ensure the publication of information and data for public access, united by a common purpose, through technical means used for communication between computers on the Internet. The Website is available on the Internet at: https://bcscore.ru/. The Rights Holder is also the owner of the Website. 6.1. All disputes arising out of or related to this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, subject to mandatory pre-trial dispute resolution procedures unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.2. If certain provisions of the Policy are declared invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

6.3. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Rights Holder is not responsible for the content, use, or visitation by the User of third-party websites (Internet pages), links to which may be posted on the Website.

6.4. The Rights Holder reserves the right to unilaterally amend and supplement the Policy at any time. The new version of the Policy becomes effective from the moment it is published on the Website. Continued use of the Website by the User after any amendments to the Policy constitutes acceptance of such amendments.
