Office Visiting Hours
The office is available for business meetings, project discussions, and working sessions by prior arrangement.
Office visits are available on business days from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Please arrange the date and time of your visit in advance with your contact person or submit a request through the feedback form.
Before Your Visit
To ensure your visit is comfortable and efficient, we recommend providing the following information in advance:
- your organization name;
- full names of meeting participants;
- planned date and time of the visit;
- meeting topic or support ticket number;
- contact phone number of the responsible person.
Guest Parking
If you plan to arrive at the office by car, please inform us in advance.
If available, we will reserve a guest parking space for your vehicle and provide the necessary access and parking information.
